The problem

10 Academy speaks to three audiences at once — prospective trainees, hiring companies and funding partners — and the old site made all three work to find themselves in it.

What I did

  1. Ran user research and interviews across all three audiences to find where the existing site lost each of them.
  2. Led with the claim that matters and can be evidenced — preparing African talent for global AI jobs, at workforce scale — instead of burying it under general marketing language.
  3. Put proof close to the promise: graduate placement rates, lifetime earnings generated, salary growth, and the partner logos that back it up.
  4. Usability-tested the redesign and iterated before launch.
Desktop and mobile — the proposition, the proof bar, and the partner wall that carries the credibility.

Outcome

A redesigned marketing site and learning portal that states the proposition plainly and backs it with evidence, tested with real users before shipping.
